Desert Rose

They have their own little bay that is great, the cafe on the beach is very nice and the personal is very helpful. There are plenty of beach chairs, the pools are very nice and their programs (yoga, zumba, fitness, dancing) are great. Snorkeling is amazing, be sure to go!

Their buffet is a little one sided (but you get a á la carte Meal every 3 days, and there is a burger shack)

The buffet was awful not a 5 star rating more like school dinning - the hotel was lovely maybe a bit too big for us

An der Unterkunft hat mir besonders der ausgezeichnete Gästeservice gefallen. Das gesamte Team war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gästebetreuung durch Syni. Sie war stets hilfsbereit, professionell und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen oder Wünsche. Durch ihre freundliche Art und ihr Engagement hat man sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Insgesamt hat der hervorragende Service und die persönliche Betreuung maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und unvergesslich war.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt war das Klopapier, das leider sehr dünn war, wenigstens 2-lagig. :)

Questa è stata la nostra terza volta in questo resort, inutile dire che ci piace molto e che di sicuro ci torneremo ancora in futuro. Camera premium molto carina e confortevole, ampia disponibilità di bar e ristoranti, piscine per tutti i gusti e le necessità, baia protetta dove poter nuotare serenamente o, a pochi passi, possibilità di nuotare in mare aperto in mezzo a coloratissimi pesci. Ciliegina sulla torta l'assistenza da 10 e Lode di Lucia, grazie di tutto!

This hotel is a high 4*. The food in the buffet isn’t repetitive, it’s high quality and there’s something for everyone! The à la carte restaurant had great food, but bear in mind some of the options on the menu come at an extra cost even if you’re all inclusive. However, if you have a special occasion or just want to finish your holiday off on a high, we highly recommend the ‘romantic dining’ dinner, as it’s well worth the money and a lovely private dining experience on the beach . The staff are very friendly and helpful! With pool areas, they should try and make another pool more modern, as the middle pool does get very busy by 8:30am. This hotel has something for everyone, whether you’re a couple or a family.

Na onze rondreis in Egypte, kozen wij ervoor om een week te boeken bij Desert Rose. Resort is zeer schoon en heeft heerlijke zwembaden. Personeel is behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk.

Omgeving van resort en Hurghada vonden wij niet echt interessant, maar daar kom je ook niet voor. Eten was vrij gewoon en niet altijd even goed.
