Lokalita hotela perfektná. 15min od letiska a zároveň v centre - obchody lekáreň hneď vedľa hotela a napriek tomu v hoteli kľud. Jedlo bolo vynikajúce a veľký výber. Vybavenie hotela super, izby veľké čisté, sluzby aj na plazi. Chodíme do Hurgady 2x ročne a v Seagull sme boli prvý ale určite nie posledný krát!

We had a wonderful time at Seagull Resort in the heart of Hurghada! The location is perfect, right in the center, close to shops, restaurants, and the marina. The resort itself is beautiful, with several swimming pools and plenty of space to enjoy the sun. The beach area was lovely, and the crystal-clear water made it ideal for swimming. The staff were in general amazing, always friendly, smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. They treated our family with great kindness, especially our daughter, which made us feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The food was tasty, with enough variety for everyone, and the evening entertainment added a nice touch to the overall experience.

The only downside we experienced was that it took quite a long time to get a baby cot. We had to call the reception three times before it was finally arranged, Once it arrived, everything was fine, but this could definitely be improved.

The new section (and wifi worked in our rooms), the food options, although they could be a bit more spicier. The location is perfect to spend time at the beach during the day and explore the town at night. There's a masjid (prayer facility) on the premises which is a huge plus for Muslim patrons. Staff have a pleasant demeanor. We were upgraded to pool/Seaview and given 2hrs free to play billiards/pool/snooker

Not a dislike, but for those who may want to know,only 1/2 slides are suitable for teens, my boys enjoyed the football/soccer area although most group activities happened across it.

Très grand hôtel, confortable et idéal pour les familles, avec de nombreux équipements pour les enfants. Restauration excellente, très variée et de qualité — tout semble fait maison, les critiques contraires sont incompréhensibles. Personnel chaleureux et attentionné. Localisation parfaite, à proximité de la marina et du centre-ville, accessibles à pied sans besoin de voiture.

Certaines parties de l’hôtel sont un peu vieillottes. Wifi instable et personnel du spa beaucoup trop insistant.

Personale gentilissimo, tutti si danno da fare per soddisfare al meglio le esigenze e le richieste dei clienti, ottima pulizia della stanza e buon cibo un po' ripetitivo ma di buona qualità.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The cleaning up after meals was very efficient, as there was quite a bit of guests. The upgrade to the newer section was much appreciated.
