A very beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff especially Mr Taher at the reception Mr Marwan at Cleopatra Restaurant and Mr El Nagar at the food court I really really loved the place it felt like being part of a family

"Evitați, scump și prost"

Camerele mari, personalul de la recepție foarte amabil și profesionist deși îți dau exact ceea ce ai platit dar îți prezintă marele upgrade.Dar totul cu zâmbet.Apa marii pare mai caldă in cele doua golfuri unde sunt plajele.

Mâncarea deplorabilă,, cea mai proastă.In 4 zile au fost doar peste pane crud, tocănițe cu sos și tocătură. Fructe tăiate,nediversificate, prăjituri gelatine in diferite culori și checuri , oribil. Grătar nu a existat.Peste grătar nu a existat.Fructe de mare inexistente.. Aglomerație mare la plajele mici. Apa de la piscină încălzită doar la piscina de copii. De evitat, nu este demn de un resort de Hurghada. Restaurante unul singur mare, restul că inexistente.
