there is 2 big beach and i like there too much in sunset . and they have good quality for food with diffrent type of food and i like so much egyptian food in breakfast ( foul + flafal + eggplant ) and i want to thank david in reception he help us to check in fast and he order for us welcome drink , and he help us and explain for us everything which we needed and i want Thank Sameh in lobby bar for the kind treatment and fresh cocktails and excellent service

We had a great experience here at this resort, especially due to the care and attention of the managers Mahmoud and Aboud. They made us feel truly welcome and comfortable during our stay. Also the guys at the reception were very helpful. The hotel has beautiful gardens to enjoy and everything was run with professionalism and attention to the customers. The food was also very good and varied every day

We liked the hotel’s compactness, lunch on the beach, a wide selection, and delicious food! We got a better room than we had booked — very nicely renovated and with a pool view. Sleeping was comfortable; after 11 p.m. it was quiet. There was absolutely no street noise in our room. The child slept on the sofa, which was quite hard, but we managed. A pleasant hotel right in the city center! We were pleasantly surprised — for a 4★ hotel, it was of a good standard!”

We found puppies kept in a locked room on the hotel premises with very limited space and no access outside. This appeared to be a puppy mill and raised serious animal welfare concerns. Hearing the puppies cry was distressing.

The resort is very well situated, it has two main blocks (the main and the new seagull) both in very good condition, it has two private beaches with sunbeds, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable and the room service is just amazing (we had room no. 379 and the guy was so awesome). The programme all inclusive is basically offering food and drinks all day and in every part of the resort, the food is nice and the staff is again very attentive and welcoming! At the beach they will show you your place and serve you drinks and so on (Mahmoud and Ali helped us everyday, they were amazing) and there is animation every morning with different programs such as yoga, belly dancing, volleyball, etc. There are tons of other activities on site (we had a massage from the spa center, we booked a quad trip from scorpion safari and also a acuba diving from the Red Sea company, represantatives of these companies will approach you at rhe beach with very good deals) Lastly the reception staff not only answered all our questions regarding our stay, but also helped with anything else we were worried about, such as booking a bus to cairo or finding a coiffure and pharmacies, etc (especially Ashraf in the end of our stay but actually everyone at the reception big up for the amazing work) we are more than happy!

A lot of russian guests who would waste a lot of foodbut that’s not something the hotel can do a lot about!
