Seagull Beach Resort Families & Couples Only - All Inclusive

We were very satisfied with some of the staff there, especially Youssef Elngar, Ragab Aladlly and Mina Husama and we therefore want to give special thanks to them. They were always serving us with a smile on their face and made us feel very welcome there. We also liked that there are shows every evening.

Despite having many different meals to offer, I somehow did not like the food there, but it is possible that this is just because we are used to different taste of the food.

Personnes ne parlait français à notre arrivée et mon anglais est sommaire. Il faudrait des personnes qui parlent français lorsque l'on accueille des Français

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the lifeguards who were very professional and ensured kids were safe while having fun. The location is great, with the shopping and restart area at the door. Pool heating was generally good and great to have in all pools, although the temperature was inconsistent day to day, with some days not desirable for swimming as it was too cold.

Food and drinks quality could be improved, noting there was not much variety. Hotel is tired and overdue for a renovation.

Posizione in centro città, vicina all'aeroporto. Struttura davvero grande e ben fatta, spazi ampi sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. Piscine riscaldate grandi e ben strutturate. Mare bello e pulito anche se spiaggia piccola e zona mare delimitata da boe abbastanza vicine alla riva. Cura maniacale delle zone verdi, davvero molto belle. Molto bello il parco giochi per bambini con le voliere.

Per noi italiani il cibo non è molto soddisfacente sia nella qualità che nella tipologia. Poca varietà. Animazione e comunicazione solo in inglese. Le zone periferiche del resort sono maltenute e penalizzano il resto del resort che invece è molto bello e curato. I liner di alcune piscine sono molto rovinati, necessiterebbero di buona manutenzione.

I don't know how to start Everything was wonderful from reception to security to cleaning person's i really like it Thanks for Mr.Mark in reception he is really very professional and available for any questions or help , I'd like to THANK MR. MOHAMMED ISMAIL the GM for his support and kindness i had a little comment in my room i told him and he decided it so fast Food is really delicious and very good quality ,very big and clean hotel has 2 beaches, acqua park, and about 5 swimming pools , 3 big restaurants and bars everywhere and food service anytime during the day , never be hungry )))) me and my family like this Place we will be back for sure
