Špatně uklizený pokoj a koupelna,fleky na skle v koupelně,špinavá podlaha,špinavé sklo na balkon i záclona. Velké množství lidí.

Wir hatte zu Beginn das Problem das dass Zimmer das wir gebucht hatten nicht verfügbar war, stattdessen haben wir ein Upgrade in eine große Suite bekommen, so groß wie ne ganze Wohnung mit zwei Bädern und tollem Balkon. Das Personal war sehr lieb und hat einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt, besonders Ali am Pool war toll, danke nochmal! Das Essen war lecker und reichhaltig, besonders das große Salatbuffet und frisch gegrillte Fleisch war super , ebenso die Warmen Croissants am morgen. Ich hatte Geburtstag und auf einmal stand eine ganze Torte bei uns im Zimmer mit Glückwünschen, das war so lieb! Es war einfach eine tolle Woche wir kommen sicher wieder. Oh und die Lage ist auch noch perfekt :)

Le personnel est très attentionné en particulier envers les enfants, leur disponibilité est vraiment très agréable. Les équipements proposés sont très satisfaisants, tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. La chambre nous à été laissée 2h supplémentaires gracieusement. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans ce superbe hôtel. Il est idéalement placé au cœur d'une rue très animée.

Les piscines et la plage ferment en principe à 17h30 mais les maîtres nageurs les fermaient avant à 17h. Nous trouvons que c'est un peu tot au vue de la chaleur.

Hôtel spacieux et très bien entretenu avec un personnel accueillant et soucieux de notre bien-être. Mention spéciale à notre correspondant Aboud qui est venu à notre rencontre chaque jour pour savoir si tout se passait bien, nous l’en remercions.

We arrived at 0100 after a delayed flight and that was no issue. We only stayed one night since we were boarding a liveaboard boat for the week the following day. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices and made to order things. We spent the morning on the beach relaxing. The hotel allowed us to do a late check out since we arrived late and transportation was arriving around 230. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Personnel,confort,situation géographique

We were very satisfied with some of the staff there, especially Youssef Elngar, Ragab Aladlly and Mina Husama and we therefore want to give special thanks to them. They were always serving us with a smile on their face and made us feel very welcome there. We also liked that there are shows every evening.

Despite having many different meals to offer, I somehow did not like the food there, but it is possible that this is just because we are used to different taste of the food.
