The staff was great. Especially Lina from Customer Service. Ahmed from housekeeping, who creatively decorated my son's room for his birthday. And Ramadan from Cleopatra restaurant, who made every visit great. Everyday, the staff delivered a fruit platter to my room (because I'm a raw vegan). Coffee in the lobby was great. All the staff tried their best to make my stay better.

There were not enough healthy food options (gluten free, steamed instead of fried etc.). Nobody cleaned the sunbeds from sand, I had to do it myself.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Aboud, who was always kind and ready to help us whenever we needed assistance. We would also like to thank Ahmed, who helped us with our luggage and was extremely friendly. He took the time to explain everything to us and was always there to assist us during our stay in Hurghada. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à l hôtel Seagull Ressort d Hurgada : les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la nourriture est très correcte pour un all exclusive, le personnel est très gentil et les infrastructures de l hôtel au top 👌 Une mention spéciale pour Aboud qui a été très prévenant et disponible tout au long du séjour ☺️ Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !
