Ein sehr schönes Hotel für einen Familienurlaub. Über Silvester war es nicht so voll wie erwartet - man verteilt sich doch sehr gut auf dem großen Hotelgelände. Es gab immer Platz am Strand oder am Pool. Auch im Januar hat Baden im Meer Spaß gemacht. Die Wassertemperatur (22 Grad) war manchmal sogar höher als die Lufttemperatur (21 Grad) aber in der Mittagssonne war es wirklich sommerlich. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wer zur aktuellen Zeit über Booking bucht, bekommt gefühlt etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Das Essen war lecker. Es gab genug Auswahl. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants und einen Food Court am Strand. Jeden Tag gab es frische Sachen, verschiedene Fleischgerichte, Fisch sowie vegetarische Optionen. Auf der Silvesterparty gab es auch besondere Sachen wie Sushi, Krebse, Spanferkel. Insgesamt die Silvesterfeier war ein interessantes Erlebnis, mit Essen, Musik, Tanz, Feuershow und Feuerwerk. WLAN ist kostenlos und funktioniert auf dem ganzen Gelände gut.

Manche Zimmer sind noch nicht renoviert, sind dennoch sauber.

I am a regular guest at Seagul, but this stay was truly exceptional. My mother had undergone a major surgery and needed a recovery break. It is enough to say that her stay at Seagull Hotel significantly lifted her spirits and noticeably accelerated her recovery. Special thanks go to Mr. Ashraf Ramadan, F&B Manager, for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine care in providing us with every possible comfort. I would also like to thank Mr. Sameh, Mr. Khaled Mohammad and Mr. Abdelrahman Mohamed at the Beach Restaurant for their hard work, continuous follow-up during our stay, and for making sure everything was at the highest standard. I am also very grateful to Mr. Hany, Front Office Manager, who closely followed our stay from arrival to departure and ensured we were given a wonderful room exactly as we had requested. Thanks to these dedicated and outstanding staff members, Seagull Hotel will always be my first choice.

Dear Seagull Management, We would like to thank you for all the attention and kindness we received during the two weeks we stayed with you. Unfortunately, life has brought me to a wheelchair, which is a lot of difficulty. Despite this, everything went very professionally and even very humanely with you. The lady we corresponded with was helpful even when we made the reservation. When we arrived, all the colleagues at the reception were very polite and sympathetic and tried to help in everything. During our stay, the kindness with which the managers and employees of the Cleopatra restaurant turned to us was a particularly great experience. They always helped us immediately, always tried to solve everything immediately. We never had to ask for anything, because they professionally anticipated what we would need and went out of their way to do things that we shouldn't have done. We thank the management for bringing together such a team and we would like to thank them especially for the experience at the Cleopatra restaurant, which was truly human and professional thanks to the work of Mr Hamdy, Mr Mohammed, Mr Mahmud and Mr Ashraf. Exceptional stay at this resort. The staff were increasibly attentive, and friendly always ready to help with anything we needed, especially duty manager Alaa. The location is perfect, beautiful views, and relaxing atmosphere all around. Truly enjoyed and would recommend this resort to everyone looking for a memorable vacation.
