We were checked into the room later than the specified check-in time. Every time we left the room to go skiing, the heating was turned off, and it was freezing when we returned. On the second day, they had even left the windows open after cleaning. We found a dirty pillowcase, and our room key cards kept failing to work. Additionally, the staff refused to call a manager or supervisor when requested.

Accueil parfait, malgré l'heure d'arrivée tardive, nous avons pu dîner sur place. Chambre agréable, confort et silence assurés. Ravis d'avoir pu disposer d'un emplacement dans le parking de l'hôtel pour notre véhicule.
