We loved the close proximity to but he the University and downtown. The view cannot be beat. Next time we will bring our fishing poles.

Room was not as expected. No fold down shower bench, smaller bed and coffee pot did not work.

The view off the river is spectacular and contributes to the relaxing environment. Very comfortable and home lile feeling.

The staff was helpful professional and kind.
Clean older hotel, It does back up to the river and they have decent sitting area to enjoy view. Room was decent for a one night stop. The only thing that was odd was the sink was right by the door when you walked in, big open space, queen bed was more towards the right.
