It is obvious that management does not keep up with the necessary maintenance of the property. There were stains on the walls and in the bathtub, stickers on the furniture, the floor in the room was filthy, stains on the linens, etc

Assigned room next to one where paramedics we working on an OD. scenic view was a plasma center. Blood splatter on wall. Mold in tub. Sprinkler and smoke detector covered by plastic. Only there long enough to book a different hotel. But still was enough that our sinuses felt it. Pool of course has always been closed. They would not refund

"It was the worst experience I had"

I booked the hotel specifically for the pool . The pool has been out of service since the winter time the rooms were very disgusting. The TV in the room did not work for this day and the blankets and sheets was not very clean.

Hospitality was horrible. The maintenance workers are very disrespectful. That cleanness is horrible and the fact that they still have the pool on their work order and the pool is unavailable I want a refund.
