Hotel and rooms need cleaning desperately.

I book a stay for three nights. I left only hours after check in. Tge front clerk followed me around the facility making inappropriate comments. At one point my door card stopped working and he wanted to force rhe door open and enter my room to fix it. That and the inappropriate comments about me made me leave right then and there. On top of that, the room door handle was broken and did not latch, there was crayon all over the walls and floor along with stains. The floor around and in the bathroom was moldy. The microwave was visibly soiled. I checked out in less than 8 hours and they would not refund me the remaining nights. Do not go to this hotel, especially if you are a solo female traveller

The room was disgusting. Holes in walls, air conditioner falling apart, toilet didn’t flush properly. Didn’t see any pool, although it was advertised. Would not stay there ever again.

The room was filthy, chair was broken, sheets were stained, paint was peeling from the walls. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in over 5 years.

The drug addicts yelling outside at 3am were scary and the banging and noises created concern but they never tried to break in our room. That was nice. The TV was broken which allowed us to focus on talking with each other. The black hairs all over the bathroom let us know that other people had used the room before and they likely enjoyed the room as much as we did.

This establishment promised WiFi which never worked. Other people said it works better on the other side of the building but we didn’t venture over there. The security lock on the door was broken. Thank goodness no one tried to break in otherwise we would have been goners.

They are very cool and nice and it's clean

I didn't like that they pool was under maintenance and is why I went there in the first place two years ago they said the same . But I guess it will get done when it get done

Appalling smell, general lack of cleanliness and the pool was unavailable despite advertising it would be open all day. Felt unsafe the entire time I was there due to a busted lock on the door.
