Comfort Inn & Suites Ponca City near Marland Mansion

The room wasn’t as clean as the rest of property. There was food on the furniture and a red smear of something on the wall. I had to clean it up with the Clorox wipes I carry with me. The main lobby, pool, and breakfast dining area were very clean. So we were surprised that our room did not match.

Quick trip for a family funeral. Convenient to local shopping and restaurants.

We stayed in a King with sofa bed. When we called to the front desk for sheets for the sofa bed and 2 extra towels, they said we would have to go all the way downstairs and get them. Room seemed pretty clean but we seen roaches coming from the refrigerator. Beds are way too firm for any of my families liking.

Was nice and clean wish they would have put the large group with kids downstairs due to running and things but overall it was. Nice stay

The breakfast is all that was good with this place

They advertise having a hot tub and No pets when we get there the hot tub had been filled in with concrete and there were dogs all over the place and after checking out they stole $100 out of my account saying the room was dirty and the beds were stained that they was going to have to send the beds out to get cleaned and said they had pictures but never sent them

The elevator could be addressed it was loud going up & down

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Our room was fine. The hallways and stairways were not very clean disappointed that the workout facility was not open until 9 AM.

It was definitely clean

The bathroom was dark - I think it was supposed to be warm lighting but inside the shower it was dark. At 5am, I started hearing other guests alarm clocks, toilets flushing, random other room noises Breakfast - awful - cold coffee, cold biscuits, luke warm gravy, rubber-like omelette thing- I dumped it all after a couple bites and had to go get breakfast elsewhere
