"Won't stay again"

Dated hotel with less than friendly service, they were barely able to provide linens for the pull out bed, no extra pillows, poor lighting and burned out lights. This place definitely showed its age and for a bit of entertainment, we watched the fire department help our neighbor out through the window when the lock failed to open from either side of the door. Lots of broken things and unfriendly staff.

"Bad"

The bathroom smelled like vomit, and there were another man's facial hair on the "clean" towels. When my wife went to the front desk with the towels, the staff at the desk essentially told my wife they were clean and nothing was wrong with them. She had to ask for replacement towels.
