Location is good within walking distance to metro and shopping complexes . Staff is friendly

Hotel is old . Room is dirty and facilities is dated.

Everything was great. One of the best rooms in any hotels I have ever been, beautiful design and view. Location is excellent in the center of the city and close to important touristic places. Breakfast was very diverse and tasty.

The central lobby had seats only for those who wanted to order a drink not others!

Great location with a big free park nearby. Close to shopping mall and popular street food. Really helpful stuff. Very big thanks to Shining. She helped me with all the requirements and even helped to upgrade my room due to the booked one has a little bit issue.

Price! I signed up for on Booking.com was different from what the hotel actually charged me. I paid for 2 rooms with breakfasts but hotel charged me for one of the breakfasts. Service was terrible. Even showing them all my booking info did not help. Hotel is old and tired. Bathrooms are not cleaned well. There was hair all over the tile floor from previous guests. This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel.

The staff were super kind, I had some issues with my credit card but everything worked out in the end! It was super clean, the breakfast was great and because I was traveling alone some of the staff went out with me that night and I had a really great time in the hotel. Would definitely go again. Anytime!

Excellent service. They were very accommodation when we had an issue with other guests smoking in the hallway on the non-smoking floor.

Other guests were smoking on non-smoking floor. And the smell was really strong.
