To be noted, the room we originally received upon check-in had multiple issues. This was brought up to the hotel management who upgraded us to a premium suite at no extra charge. The staff were very polite and friendly during our stay, and helped ensure that there were no further issues with the room. This suite was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed. The rest of the hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food, and the staff were quick to remove plates and refill items. The hotel is located central and in walking distance of the subway, busses, many stores and restaurants, etc. including multiple shopping malls right across the street.

Our original room looked somewhat dated. However, the reason we had to request a new room was that there were multiple issues that we felt would impact the quality of our stay such as the closet being broken (the sliding door of the closet not being able to close completely), there was a smoky smell despite the room being a non-smoking room, the bathroom sink drained slowly and would constantly make obnoxious noises as it drained, and there was visible stains and rips in the wall paper and other cracks in the walls. This may have just been a particularly bad room but it was due to these things we felt we had to bring up. The staff were very apologetic and helped to ensure we get a better room, and were constantly friendly and polite throughout the rest of the stay. This helped us feel much more confident in staying with them the rest of our time there.

Lovely hotel , friendly staff who spoke good English. We have been before and they maintain the high standards. Buffet breakfast was good value. Good facilities with a flower shop , coffee shop servoing cakes etc Only comment is if you want a beer in the hotel between 2.30 to 5.30pm its not possible.
