This is an elegant hotel on a beautiful property. The view of the Naples Bay is extraordinary! The concierge’s is friendly and helpful, especially Salvatore and Melina. The hotel is a short walk to the town Square and all meaning points for excursions. The lobby is gorgeous as is the pool and outside bar area. It wasn’t warm enough to go swimming, but we did enjoy the grounds and stunning views. Breakfast is delicious with many options. The staff is attentive and the displays are impeccable. They pay attention to every detail. Our room was immaculate with maid service two times a day. The only negative was the shower as it was in the bathtub. The floor would get wet and the tub was slippery which made me a bit nervous. In hindsight, we should have changed rooms. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return! Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Sorrento.

The decor, ambience, location, professional and helpful staff, service and relaxing atmosphere. just a fabulous stay. The restaurant food is beautiful , sea bass baked in rock salt and the crepe suzette were outstanding! The grounds are beautiful, the pool, the beautiful wisteria surrounding the seating area and orange jasmine , and you can relax and have lunch or just drinks with a view overlooking the sea. It is an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff and thank you Ermelinda on the reception, you were so delightful and helpful . Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here in March/April 2026. We stayed in the Sorrento suite which was beautiful and spacious. Service was excellent all around. We had a minor issue with the shower drain not working and it was fixed promptly. Breakfast was a high point of my day, with a view that cannot be beat. The weather was not very agreeable, so we did not get to try out the pool and outdoor amenities, but just like the rest of the properly, were beautiful and well maintained. The hotel itself is a bit off from Sorrento center, which we really liked for the quieter / calmer atmosphere, but it is on a main road where cars/bikes speed around a curve. Most everything was walkable in Sorrento which was a major plus, including the marina to catch the ferry. Would definitely stay here again if back in Sorrento!

This has to be one of the best hotels ever! The decor and atmosphere are just mesmerising and it’s in a beautiful quiet location, about ten minutes walk to the Piazza. Ermelinda on reception is so helpful , all the staff were lovely and professional . Restaurant has outstanding food, and the Maitre Di who made us the most superb crepe Suzette excelled. , The pool area is just so beautiful and the garden area, beautiful wisteria and orange jasmin set a relaxing scene overlooking the sea. You can eat lunch at there or just bar food from your lounger. The room was magnificent, a deluxe Sea view Junior Suite complete with whirlpool bath, and shower, and room turned down every night with fresh linen. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, don’t hesitate to book. Thank you Sue and Victor
