Localização, café da manhã excelente, limpeza excelente e os funcionários cordiais

Um funcionário (homem) abriu a porta do quarto sem anunciar a entrada. Não era funcionário da limpeza porque tinha limpado o quarto pela manhã. Achei muito ruim esse ponto, abrir a porta sem avisar/ anunciar. O colchão estava afundando devido ao tempo de uso. Diferentes pesos de hóspedes causam dano na densidade da espuma do colchão. Poderiam verificar algumas vezes se está ok para o uso.
