L'emplacement est bien. L'appartement a du charme.

Forte odeur d'humidité dans l'appartement et surtout, lit 2 personnes horrible (matelas mou et "cabossé"). Aucun gel douche ou produits dans la salle de bain.

Nonostante la struttura avessi spazi non molto ampi era dotata di ogni confort ed assolutamente sufficiente per una coppia. Location tranquilla ma a pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Volterra città che ha un fascino particolare per la sua storia millenaria che si respira in ogni angolo dove ci sono una marea di locali pronti ad andare incontro a tutte le esigenze ed a tutti i gusti possibili. Appartamento al primo piano senza ascensore ma assolutamente superabile il dislivello senza fatica. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili

Qualche piccola disattenzione sulla pulizia al di sotto dei mobili ma nulla che possa inficiare con il giudizio positivo iniziale

Very well located. Unit it has a washing machine

This apartment is on the first floor within the walled town of Volterra. We stayed here for two nights and the host (though didn't need to meet them) was super helpful and provided guidance throughout when we needed it. The building is old but well maintained and is in harmony with the historical setting Volterra is. Very good experience overall.

Entrance (hallway) stays super dark unless the light is on. If it is dark (like it was when we arrived at 2AM), its impossible to find its switch. It would be good if they can add a sensor based switch Mattress in the bedroom was a bit too soft and springy for our liking

The host, Francesco, was very responsive; the accommodation itself was clean although very dated; it was in a good location just inside the city walls. However, the description states that parking is available- I was sent a link to 4 separate public parking lots- 3 paid and 1 free- there was zero availability. I stated this to Francesco who adamantly told me to refer to the description stating parking is available but not a private lot- and as I previously stated, there was no parking available many times, in any of the lots. Just want others to be aware as I didn’t see this in any reviews and when I see that parking is available- whether public or private- I assume there will be a spot somewhere without having to drive around for over an hour and then walk a very good distance.

Lovely property inside the city walls but away from the high traffic tourist areas. Well equipped with everything you need. Easy check in. We had a lovely visit in Volterra.

Breakfast was very limited with some packaged cookies

As above, breakfast and the welcoming part which was non existing. Mind you corona is gone, no need to have keys in a box anymore.
