"Pésima atención de los meseros"

Llevo muchos años viniendo a este hotel y todo bien pero hon en día los meseros son muy muy altaneros y nada serviciales, jamás regresaré, hay lugares donde te sientes agusto, pero este ya no, hasta que cambien al personal (meseros), recepción todo bien

"Lugar muy agradable para descansar"

Personal muy amable, la limpieza de las habitaciones, la comida del restaurante muy bueno, servicio muy agradable. El club de playa es muy comodo.

El internet no es muy bueno y solo esta limitado a algunas areas de las habitaciones.

Gut, wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter, Regen, mitten im Oktober kann das schon mal sein. Hotel aber super. Wohnung gut ausgestattet für kleines Kochen. TV mit YouTube. Strand schön. Viel Trubel am Strand, wenn die Passagiere der Kreuzfahrtschiffe unterwegs sind. Personal an der Rezeption SUPER freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The staff at El Fuerte were definitely a highlight — very helpful, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they were clean and perfectly fine for what you’d expect at this level. There was a slight humid, musty smell at first, but it went away quickly once the AC was running. Overall, I’d rate it about 2.5 stars. Nothing fancy, but comfortable and pleasant — and I’d stay here again.

"Prima appartement pal aan het strand"

Schoon appartement met prima keuken, met koelkast en 2 gaspitten. Direct aan het strand. Fijn balkon met 2 stoeltjes en tafeltje. Pal aan het strand met diverse restaurantjes op de looproute langs het strand.

Helaas geen kluis op de kamer aanwezig. Te weinig haakjes om kleding of handdoeken aan op te hangen. Een extra deken was fijn geweest als je slaapt met airco dan is 1 laken te koud.

El hotel está bien, es agradable

Np es culpa del hotel pero fue mala experiencia por tema de sargazo, nos fuimos diariamente a Bacalar porque el olor era muy malo en la playa
