Everything was wonderful. Staff great! The best value for a stay, park, and shuttle to the cruise port.

The location was the only thing I liked about this hotel. It was close to the beach and close to the cruise port.

Skylar at the front desk was in such a hurry to move us along (there was nobody in line behind us) that she double charged for my room. The double charge was seen right away. She then told us that we had to call booking to get our money back. I called booking and I didn’t pay through Booking. I explained that to her and then she proceeded to blame my bank for the double charge. The hotel was not willing to do anything about it and Skylar still wouldn’t admit it was her wrongdoing. We had to wait 5 days to get our money back. Over $500. I will never use this hotel and encourage others to pay close attention to their bank accounts.

Staff was so kind!

It was freezing inside the place and it is sad, no outside light in the room, windows face the interior of the building. It does not match the beach vibe.

"Average hotel with rude staff, needs renovated"

Location and convenience

Staff were rude and took a ‘hold’ which turned out to be a charge, the hotel denied this and it I hadn’t contacted my bank and returned with further details TWICE the hotel would have kept and never returned the funds. The hotel did eventually refund me in dollars which meant I was refunded LESS than I was charged in pounds sterling due to the exchange rate, the hotel refuses to acknowledge this and deny any wrongdoing
