A/C in the room went out and it was 78 degrees No service in the room, no clean towels etc Water in tub didn’t drain and stood in 2 in of dirty water while showering Staff all had different excuses about towels etc. horrible experience and will not return

The property was easy to find and was in a complex so there was a store, bar,food and Starbucks all on the doorstep.

I was slightly confused when we arrived as it said Marriot Bonvoy on the front desk. The reception did look at me like they didn’t recognize why I was confused.

We loved the location & the staff was very friendly & helpful. They have a nice breakfast option on site, the Shark Pit - definitely check it out! Close walk to the beach, plus there’s a nice pool & hot tub onsite (and they provide towels).
