Our balcony faced the ocean. But every chair had ripped cushions and the stuffing was coming out. You could not use the overhead lights at night because the lights were rusted out.

Everything else!!! The sliding glass doors took two people to open them. There was no phone to get in touch with the front desk. They said to leave our towels out our door and we would get clean ones, we did not! And the vents for the air were all rusted out and dusty! I could go on and on!!!!!

Location

Roaches the first night there. Had to pay for a different hotel because of no availability that night. Returned the next day and got out into a different room. That room had bed bugs. Nothing the staff could do until next day. Had to move all our stuff out so they could spray. I’ve contacted the hotel for some sort of compensation but just get crickets. Haven’t heard anything.

The house keeping lady was very nice. The bed was comfortable, The view was very nice.

The pool was very dirty, scum all around the edges and the hand rail was broken. The chair lift was rust and looked like it had not worked in years. The floor in my room was not clean and the shower curtain had someone's hair on it. P:arking was very crowded.

POOL CROWDED. HANDLE TO GET UP IN LOW END BROKEN. NO UMBRELLAS OR SHADE. WE BROUGHT OUR OWN TOWELS AS THOSE THERE WERE DIRTY. EVEN USED OUR OWN CHAIRS AS THERE WASN'T ANY AVAILABLE TO SIT IN. DOGS BARKING AT ALL OURS AND PEOPLE SCREAMIMG UNTIL MIDNIGHT. ROOM OK. CLEANER THEN OTHERS FROM WHAT I HEARD. AS IT WAS ALMOST DONE BEING REBURBISHED. NO WORKING KITCHEN SINK. ONLY HAD 4 PILLOWS, BED HARD. SHEETS OK, BUT BED SPREAD WAS VERY OLD AND WORN OUT. AC WAS OK. NO ELEVATOR, SO I HAD TO WALK TO THE THIRD FLOOR. I HAVE A VERY BAD BACK AND IT LIMITED HOW MUCH I COULD WALK. NOT A PLACE FOR ANYONE HANDICAP FOR SURE.. CHECK IN TIME 3:00 PM. DON'T TRY TO CHECK IN EARLY. IT WON'T HAPPEN. LADY AT FRONT DESK WAS NOT NICE. GRRR.

it's the perfect location on the dog beach. Our ocean view room had a big beautiful window that opened so we could hear the waves and see the entire beach. The pool was nice and the lounge chairs by the pool and ocean were very comfortable. There were plenty of chairs for everyone. It is close to several different types of restaurants. The people that work at the hotel were all very friendly which is awesome. :)

The room needed some upkeep. I'm not fussy but there were some things that could be easily fixed....there was no shower curtain liner so the cloth curtain got wet and the batbroom floor got wet when we showered. Our towel bar was pulled off the wall and just sitting there so the towels were on the toiket tank. The coffee pot was great to have but it was dirty when we arrived. We saw some small bugs coming out of the sink drain several times. And the toilet was very quirky...When I reported it right after I arrived, I was handed a plunger. Those things seem like simple fixes...not sure why they were that way.

I liked being so close to the pool and beach. Maintenance guy was friendly and showed us the penthouse which we would stay in in the future.

the front desk clerk was not very friendly; the room was very dated and did not seem clean; smoke smell; marijauna smell; couple sleeping on the yard just outside of our room, bed linens were not comfortable and the beds were not very comfortable. We paid $1600 for the week which seemed like too much for the property.
