Parking was a little tight. Good thing was. It too crowded at out time visiting

Great location! Easy access to walk to various restaurants and shops. Nice clean facility. Under building parking to help keep sun off vehicle. Pretty good view. Would have liked higher floor location for even better view. Nice chairs/umbrellas at pool. Room furnished nicely.

Just would have preferred a higher floor level. The main bath was great actually overly large. The other bath was small and difficult to shower and not get water out of shower onto floor. Both sinks were small and had no counter space around for good use of toiletries needed for use. Far walk out to ocean/beach area.

Super close to businesses and the beach. The rooms were large and very comfortable.

The parking is difficult if you have a large vehicle like a truck. Also not being able to smoke on the balconies.

We spent a week at the resort and loved every part of the resort and surrounding area. We arrived 2.5 hours early and we're greeted happily by the staff. We couldn't go to our room, but they took our luggage, gave us all the information we needed to access the pool and beach. While waiting by the pool, with water staff provided, J. came out and let us know the room was ready, 1.5 hour early. So initial impression, everyone was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, quiet; though we didn't cook while there, the full kitchen would be great if we had chosen cooking. The patio overlooking the Gulf was spacious and gave fantastic views of the water, the beach and the boardwalk. The location of the resort is ideal. You are in walking distance to excellent restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner which is what we did. Grocery store is a short walk down the boardwalk, easily allowing you to walk back with a few items. The beach is a short hike, bring what you're going to need and enjoy the beach and Gulf. Beach is maintained every morning; cabanas, umbrellas and chairs available to rent at the beach. Highly recommend the resort. The resort itself, the people working, the pool and beach, when factored together worth every penny.

Pros: the office staff were delightful. Location. Room was clean Cons: Room 605 is worn; needs some TLC (floor grout super dirty, tub needs to be reglazed, needs to be repainted, floor molding replacements). Master bed is on a metal bottom frame and squeaks loudly every time you get in and out of bed.

Our condo was updated and very clean. Incredible beach vacation. Directly on beach with a unique boardwalk right near beach for a walk, run, etc. 1 mile long. We would go back for sure.

I stayed in Unit 303 and unfortunately, this property did not live up to its $570 per night price tag. The property itself is fairly basic for the price point. The pool is quite small, and since the balcony overlooks it, it can get noisy and far from peaceful. While it’s an easy walk to the beach, the property is not directly on the water, so you can’t hear the ocean or enjoy a true beachfront atmosphere. The layout of the unit was also underwhelming. Only one room has a decent view; the second bedroom’s window faces a corridor and elevator, offering no privacy or scenery. The other issue was that the washer/dryer in the unit did not work. The only option offered was to carry laundry to another unit, with added restrictions about keeping that unit clean and limited time windows for use. When I raised the issue, management simply pointed me back to the rental agreement, noting that there is no guarantee everything in the unit will function—which was disappointing given the premium cost. Overall, this felt like a very simple accommodation that does not justify the high nightly rate. I would not choose to stay here again.

This is a repeat stay for us. So glad we decided to come back here. The condo is clean and the view is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. Pool, hot tub and a large deck plus a barbecue are all you need for a great vacation.Long walk to the beach but worth it. Had a wonderful stay!

This property exceeded our expectations. The pictures did not do it justice. Location was perfect. Our dryer was not working properly but we were told at check-in and only stayed 3 nights so it was no big deal. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing I noticed was there were no towel racks or hooks. Would have been nice to hang bath and beach towels up. The price was half of what 2 rooms at a resort nearby would have cost. One unit was plenty for 4 adults with a split floor plan and 2 full baths. The balcony was spacious and could accommodate a table and 4 chairs. We had a direct view of the gulf. It is a little walk to get to the water but that is how all the properties were. We rented beach recliner chairs for $10 a piece for the day. It was a lot easier than lugging our own. We would definitely stay there again.
