Bull House

Our time at Bull house was amazing! The owners, Landy and Vlady, are two incredibly helpful, kind hearted people who really try to make sure your stay is enjoyabel. They offer tons of activies you can do around the valley, and are happy to help you plan your own activities too if you want. I went on two spectacular hikes and did the ATV ride, and they really took care of everything in terms of transportation and booking. They made my time in urubamba so easy and so enjoyable, I can't wait to come back and visit. Beyond the activities, they're both a pleasure to talk to and be around, and their facilities are equally lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there's decent wireless internet throught the area (including the bedrooms), and hot water for showering. The outdoor space is warm, inviting, and wonderful to spend time in. Speaking of the outdoor space, that's where their restaurant is, and Vlady is a FANTASTIC cook! I cannot stress this enough, the food at bull house is delicious and worth a trip on its own! Vlady is so talented in the kitchen, you absolutely must eat there. We didn't even want to go out most nights because the food was better there than many places in town! When we did go out, we found that Urubamba had a lot to offer in terms of food, cafes, bars, and people. All in all, I highly recommend staying here. Everything has such a personal touch, and I really enjoyed getting to know our hosts.

We did not stay at Bull House but did a cooking workshop. We made trout ceviche, which was superb! They are a super good team, host and cook! Vladi takes a lot of pride in his kitchen, choosing the best Peruvuan ingredients. We learnt a lot about how and why he chooses ingredients and where he buys them, even went to the local market to buy some.

Super comfortable rooms, lots of well decorated communal areas and nice hot showers all within a safe 10 minute walk of the centre of Urubamba. The hosts are so genuine, kind and friendly, Landy's English is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Vlady's food is INSANE!!! We ate breakfast and dinner here twice and each time we were blown away with how amazing it was. We would come back tomorrow if we could and can't recommend this place enough.
