Bull House

We loved to stay there and will return when we are back in Urubamba! The owners Landy and Vlady are super nice and helpful - they really do their job with all their heart. We also enjoyed dinner and breakfast there - Vlady is an amazing cook (chaufa de quinua was so yummy and the presentation of the dishes is also so lovely). We rented their bikes to make a tour to Salineras and I can totally recommend this! The bikes were super nice (Vlady even controlled the air inside the wheels and put some oil on the bike chain before we used them). They even have a garden with comfy seats to hang out.

We spent 5 nights here and we loved it. Landy and Vlady were SUPER accommodating at all times. There is lots of hikes in the area and the garden itself is very relaxing. The food and there kindness is what gives this place a 5 star review.. We had the pleasure of eating Vladys food for breakfast lunch and dinner . We loved it. Especially the pancakes 🥞 , pasta dishes and soups !!! We spent a week before in a viallage called yanahuara (stayed in air bnb) and came into Urubamba sometimes for food( there is limited spots personally we only enjoyed 1 place most) but honestly Vladys food and presentation was by far the best in Urubamba . He really knows how to cook the simple dishes. 100percent stay here for good meals and beautiful kindness and hospitality. Elaine and Hugh 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪

We stayed in a triple room which was perfect as the double and single were separate and gave privacy. The garden was a lovely space to hang out. Clean room, towels provided and a lovely shower. Staff were very helpful.

A little bit of a walk from the center but lovely quiet area

- Room was really comfortable (clean, not too cold, bed was good and there was hot water in the shower) - Staffs were super helpful (they helped us to plan our visit to Sacred Valley - which bus to take …) - good breakfast too - very calm

Breakfast was delicious. Landy was amazing and sooo helpful! The place was a gem. Everything was clean.

The staff was exceptional, the restaurant I highly recommend, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and plan to return.

Bull house was located 10 min walking from Plaza de las armas. The room was cozy, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Really great customer service. They have an on-site restaurant with really good food and reasonable prices.

No free breakfast included in the price. No water heater and utensils for coffee/tea although if you ask them the bring you heater water for free.

This hotel was amazing in every aspect-- great service, tasty food, and HOT water!! (didn't realize that was a luxury before I got to the sacred valley). The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I even went back for meals a few times after I moved into my apartment. Would definitely stay here again :)

Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend staying here! My internet went out over the weekend and I was scrambling to meet some major deadlines. I was planning on staying at another hotel in Urubamba, but the internet speed was way too slow. Fortunately for me, a friend recommended that I stay at Bull House. What luck! I was greeted at the door by Landy (who speaks fluent English!!! in case you are still learning like me). She let me check the internet speed in the room and promised to move me if the internet speed at any time failed (lucky me it was excellent and very fast for the whole weekend). I spent the entire weekend buried in my work and Landy was so kind to bring my meals to my room and always very quick to answer my messages or requests. When it was time for me to leave, they found me a cab and kindly sent me on my way. I highly, highly recommend Bull House if you need good internet, good food, very excellent customer service, and at a good price too! Thank you Bull House! I will be recommending you to anyone who is looking for a hotel, a good restaurant, and (I didn't get to try, but they also offer trips to sites around the Sacred Valley). ~Misha
