Town House Motel

Very old and out of date called to make sure I could check in at 12 because I had to work and didn’t get a room until 110 black mold in bathroom

The room was decent and I got a lot of peace and quiet

This location is a mess, avoid it at all costs. It is flooded with drugs and people utilizing openly. In the short 10 minutes I was able to ensure the property I cannot count the amount of cars that were in and out of the property. This location is not a motel, I would better describe it as more of an extremely low income housing project that has no one on site to ensure that the location remain clean and safe. There are families living here and unsupervised children everywhere!!!! Save your money and avoid this place at all costs! I had to call expedia and request a refund and then rebook a location immediately after leaving. I am not exaggerating when I say this place is appalling and disgusting all around!

They were rude it was very dirty I even asked him to come in and clean it again and he told me no the worst hotel ever stayed at the worst people I've ever met

Poor condition of motel, staff availability not predictable. People coming and going loudly at all hours. Only stay here if looking for the cheapest motel, you will get what you pay for.

The place is very very dated but the courtesy and professionalism of the staff more than makes up for the out of date decor

I wished I had NEVER ignored the negative reviews and I’m convinced the recent positive reviews have been left by employees or management. Holes in walls, rotten out wood in bathroom, toilet paper used to plug holes in bathroom walls, cigarette burns everywhere, no heat for cold days, filthy walls, kicked in door, and no smoke detector/fire alarm or fire suppression system! Will not refund, even for nights after moving out. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER allow my family to stay there....NEVER!

Room was comfortable but the cleanliness was not so good. I booked a smoke-free room but found cigarette ash on the floor and trash left from the previous person.

The owners and manager of this property are very rude. I was given a room that was already occupied!! I never received an apology.

I came to visit my disabled friend and when I checked in I asked for 1st floor, not assuming this was going to be an issue since 90% of motel is single story. But clerk said they had none! So I can't have my friend visit me, the only reason I decided to visit. And of course no refund either...good thing it was cheap and not too much of a waste. I checked back mid-morning next day...and still refused to honor my request... Annoying. Rooms are clean enough, dated tho. Parking lot is dirty and many people hanging outside their rooms.. I'll stay here again if it's quick visit and cheap..
