I didn't like anything about it I order the rooms on line and everything about it was a Lie

When 1st checking in late older guy kept telling me no vaccy and i told him room already paid for online. Than tells me no vistor and no pets and i was like okay there are np pets and that they stop checks in's at 7pm but online says unlimited. Than he hits the counter with his hand and say ID ID. Was rude when checking. Finally checked in our room and it was so HOT inside it took about 2 hours or more just for the AC to kick in. Lefted AC on the whole time but AC would just cool 1 side of the room most of the time ans you can see the dust that it needed to be cleaned out. Overall service to getting fresh towels they were on top of it. Pool should of been open in the weather they were having and to get ice they had to unlock the pool area just to get ice.

This place was NASTY!! Dirty!!! Gross!!! Ghetto!!!! Drug activity going on in parking lot and certain rooms. Wall paint is filthy, bathroom smells like urine. Counters have burn stains. I got out as soon as I walked in. Refund policy was no refunds. I told them to keep it to clean that nasty barn

When I parked there were people a few doors down who were smoking so I rushed my kids inside in hope to get them away from the smoke. I booked a non smoking room, got into the room and it reeked of cigarette and marijuana. Stayed for about an hour in hopes that the smell would go away, it in fact did not. Talked to the staff on duty and he said there was nothing he could do about it. Told me he would take care of it around noon the next day. I have two small children with me so I was not going to stay in a room like this. I contacted Hotels.com where they tried to call the staff at the hotel to confirm what was going on but they said the phone just kept ringing. They put in a request to get a full refund and so I gave the key back. I was told by the front desk that Hotels.com needed to contact them, I told him that they were trying to call, he said no one has called. He then said once Hotels.com gets ahold of him he would approve a refund for two night instead of the full three nights because the policy is cancellations 24-48 hrs in advance. The hotel has completely denied any refund because they are sticking to their policy. HOW was I supposed to know 24-48 hrs in advance that the nonsmoking room I paid for was in fact going to reek of cigarette and marijuana?

Overall its not a bad place. Pretty quiet nice people who live there. The place could be cleaner. However, i dodnt see any bugs. Thats a big plus. No amenities provided. Not even coffee in the room. But for the money it was worth buying instant.

Don’t recommend

Our experience was horrible. Horrible customer service, they did not have our 2 bed room available and did not want to refund. They charged for breakfast but are not serving any. The room was horrible, it was dirty and nasty. Not family friendly.

The rate was reasonable; the sheets were clean

This is not the place you bring your family to stay at. There was illegal activity going on outside and the police had to come. There were prostitutes hanging around, people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot and it was an uneasy feeling thinking your car might be broken into while you slept. Inside the room, the floor was dirty, the toilet lid was about to fall off, the bedspread had lots of stains and the TV only had 1 channel. The water pressure was low and next to the shower was a wooden cabinet that was bloated out from the water constantly hitting it. The gardener came and woke me at at 7am by mowing and blowing super loud right by my window. This was an inexpensive room, but will never stay here again.
