Town House Motel

The key card didn’t work and I had to have the staff open my door every time I wanted in. The bed was uncomfortable and sunk in several places. The shower head and faucets sprayed water everywhere.

This place was an absolute dump. Any review on this website over a 2 would have been ancient or bogus. Broke down, unclean, sketchy guests in the parking lot. Advertise breakfast - not! Plumbing barely works. Holes in the wall. Smoke detector was removed and placed in a cabinet. Tub was filthy. Upon arrival I would have left but the reservation was prepaid and they had a big sign up "No refunds" - wonder why. Never got hot water.

I arrived about 30 minutes after I booked, it was like around 10 pm and they said they had no rooms. I had no where to stay !!

This was the worst Hotel or Motel I have ever been to. The rooms are beyond disgusting, the mattress was like cardboard and sat on the floor. Customer service was non existent. There property is full of drug dealers and prostitutes.

Dirtiest place ive ever seen. Walls dirty floor dirty Bedding smelled terrible nothing worked correctly felt like I was going to fall through the floor of the shower in room number 158. Looked grungy and run down

Noisy. Shady looking People hanging out in the parking area. Shower knob was stripped out. Hard to turn on.

I called before to let them know I was running behind, only to find out the reservation that I had made 2 mos. prior wasn't there? I had received confirmation from Hotels.com so I was confused and upset. It was late, I was very tired when I arrived. Certainly not in the mood to argue over this. Which was what I was meant with when the guy who I guess was the owner? Never got his name? I showed him my confirmation and yet he still argued. Thank heavens for Eric! He was the clerk who was helping me when the other guy intruppted us. He got it taken care of. It was amazing, all of a sudden there was a room available when before there were no vacancies at all?! I was very disappointed once i was finally inside. Outdated and yucky! Some of the reviews said you get what you paid for? I have to agree. I am still grateful to Eric for working things out. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Thanks Eric!
