Room smelled.No batteries in remote.Noisy

The rooms are nasty !!! I swear it looked like I was in a Tj 15$ room

Everything was fine of the hotel except one thing that they offer free breakfast and that wasn’t the case when it came that I had to take my kids to get something and the front door was just locked.

I checked in went to my room and turned on the air conditioner immediately because The room is very hot. Air conditioner after one hour was not blowing very cold and it wasn’t cold enough to cool the room so I called the front desk and asked for a fan and was told that they were sending a maintenance guy meanwhile I open the door Cool the room 30 minutes later the maintenance guy showed up and check the air conditioner he didn’t speak English so I couldn’t communicate with him he seemed content with the fact that the air conditioner fan worked even though the compressor never kicks on. So I called the front desk again and asked for a fan cause my room was unbearably hot. the owner or manager got irate with me yelling at me over the phone saying for the money I’m paying I shouldn’t be asking for a better room And next time go somewhere else don’t come back here. I replied you got it I sure won’t. Also there was blood spray all over the ceiling and the mattress was completely crushed. I had had enough I packed my bags put them in the car, I went to the front desk to Check out. And the young man at the desk before I can say anything handed me a key card for a new room. I purchased a double bed room but was given a single. I was not reimbursed the difference i paid.

A/C very loud. Old property needs some work (like door seals, shower update) and no breakfast as advertised available. Pool was also closed

there was no continental breakfast, we were told there would be when we booked. This was due to COVID, but I feel a small discount offer would have been appropriate.

We checked in past midnight after having driven about 4 hours. Outside our roomthe neighbors from the room next door were having a party barbecue. They had music playing pretty loudly and they were laughing and having a good time. The room was old but clean, the bed was comfortable enough but we were so tired we could probably have slept on the sidewalk. In the morning there was no hot or even warm water. I washed up with cold water in the sink. The other thing is their website says that there's free breakfast, there was not, and the pool is closed indefinitely. It's a residential hotel.

The man at the front desk was very rude
