Crowne Plaza Budapest by IHG

This hotel nothing short but FANTASTIC!! from the time of check in, to the brand new room with stylish interior and ample amount of storage, huge bed a great bathroom to the great experience in the bar to finish of our day, I literally cannot fault anything and most definitely will revert. Not to mention the unbeatable location. Shout out especially to the Concierge Gentleman working on the 15th of March in the morning - he is credit to the hotel, there was not a leaf wrong on the shrubs or a pebble standing wrong in front of the hotel, it was very clear he takes exceptional pride in his job, and care for the hotel. looking forward to return

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Budapest and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The first thing that stood out was the staff—they are incredibly professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. A special thank you for the complimentary upgrade I received; it was a wonderful surprise that made my trip even more memorable. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and my room was prepared to a very high standard. It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest and will definitely be returning. Thanks again to the whole team! A special mention goes to Laszlo at the restaurant, who was exceptionally kind and friendly; his great personality really made our meals enjoyable!

Excellent hotel in the most convenient area of Budapest connected to a huge shopping Mall. Reception was extremely helpful & the staff at breakfast especially Daniella were friendly providing good service. The breakfast quality & selection is of very high standard & coffee is 10/10. If in Budapest in the future we will return.. Bravo to the management.

Moderno, cómodo, habitaciones grandes, desayuno muy bien incluido. Relación calidad-precio teniendo en cuenta que somos una familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños de 16 y 12 años, y en cualquier hotel nos exigen reservar 2 habitaciones. En el Crowne Plaza pudimos reservar una sola habitación que incluía un sofá cama para ellos. Al lado de la estación de tren con todo el transporte público a mano (bus, metro y tranvía), y conectado al centro comercial Westend. Además siendo socio de IHG el check out es a las 14:00, algo que en ningún otro hotel se da.

Si el hotel hubiera estado más céntrico hubiera sido perfecto., ya que estuvimos solo 2 noches. Pero usando Bolt enseguida estábamos en cualquier sitio. Aunque el transporte público funciona muy bien nosotros preferimos no gastar mucho tiempo en transporte.

Excellent hotel - great staff, great breakfast. Perfect. I judge hotels on the comfort of the beds, 10/10 here, friendliness of the staff 10/10, breakfast selection 10/10 and finally,, it’s a double score here for coffee and orange juice at breakfast time 10/10. Will be gave again soon.
