The service was good they provided everything we needed.

I was very disappointed do to the fact there was no AC what’s so ever the bathroom had no toilet rolled and the beds were too noisy Also there is missed information regarding the place that there is no AC they put it at time of booking online the only way you find out is when you get to the check in office and they have a sign stating that there’s no AC on this hotel Fur last the TVs had no sound only picture

The fact the pool was closed, the remotes to the tv didn’t work either and the ice machine is so disgusting.

Awful place! Arrived and couldn't hardly look at it! Dilapidated, mattresses discarded between rooms/building, no one in office midday to check us in (we booked ahead) and no one answered the number on the office door; rain gutters falling off, no cars in parking lot, just pathetic. We decided not to stay. Total paid (and disputing) $130

Hotel manager was nice. The hotel room smelled very bad. After spraying with Lysol and airing the room, the smell was diminished and tolerable. Surfaces were free of dirt but I kept finding hair that did not belong to us. The heater did not work so we were cold all night. The mattresses are old; the foot is higher than the head and the middle sagged. The box spring was so old it was collapsing and the wood was broken. All night I could hear people walking up and down the stairs and the person above walking including turning in their bed. The chairs were obviously dirty and I could see crude caked on the arm of the chairs. The TV cable cut out periodically and took forever to respond to the remote. Everything was old and broken down. Basically I was paying for the location which was walking distance to the beach and pier. Didn’t see any bugs though, thank goodness.

Clearly ripped off by this hotel. They claimed they had only a reservation for one person. We showed proof from Hotels.com with confirmation of 2 people. They showed their monitor that they had only one person reservation..OBVIOUS THEY CAN EDIT THAT INFORMATION. One Request: Hotels.com should consider no longer working with this hotel. The owner is a clear scammer and it will continue to happen to hotels.com customers. They do not deserve your business.

There was a tv but no service. No AC. Cockroach climbing on the wall. Shower drain very slow.

Very friendly staff. No hot water but they fixed it fairly fast. Very old building. Last minute booking. For what it is, not worth how much they charge. Overly okay.

Theres no heating amenities , the blankets they give you are thin, hard time just to get extra towels , tv does not work. Roaches in tub. Overall it was the worst rooms i ever had. Beware whst getting into, motel 6 wouldve been better...

I love coming to blue seal when we go to pismo for a quick get away the manager is always so nice and makes sure we feel at home we always see him the next day and he always asks us how was everything and if we need anything
