Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Richmond Innsbrook

Room was great. Only issue I had was pillows were not very soft.

I had a quick overnight stay and the Fairfield was fine.

I was visiting family in the area and have been here many times. A comfortable, reliable experience every time. Great staff. Relaxing showers.

The staff of this hotel, collectively, is some of the best that I’ve ever encountered in my 100+ nights of Marriott stays per year. The genuine kindness and thoughtfulness from the front desk to the breakfast team to housekeeping was second to none. If only that level of thoughtfulness was applied to the building the entire property would be second to none. The building itself is tired, outdated, and is in dire need of a room refresh to be brought up to brand standard.

Erica was the most outstanding person I’ve ever experienced in a hotel stay. Polite,nice,happy,very refreshing to see a person of her quality , very rare. She should be recognized for her second to none customer service

It was advertised as having a pool. When we checked in we were told the pool is closed. People will get charged if they use anything at stays, why shouldn’t we have bill discounted for not having the amenities described?

It was a little off the highway. We were traveling from South Carolina to NJ we stopped in between for the night.

Location, property doesn’t look clean and sanitary. Dirty carpet throughout the hotel. Our toilet was broken in room 516.

No hot water, staff did not inform there was no hot water we found out from another customer.
