"Amazing front desk staff"

Sonya at the front desk was amazing. She greeted me with a genuine welcome! My room was next to an equipment room and she happily moved me to a quieter area. When I showed her the brown water that came out of the tap, she not only apologized over and over but gave me two bottles of water. If it weren’t for Sonya, this rating would have been much lower!
