The room was not as clean as it should’ve been. The towels in the bathroom wasn’t clean and white, I had to go to the front desk and get more. The bed was extremely loud when you move around. That too cover was nasty looking. The carpet didn’t look clean. The couch had burn holes in it. The room was just not clean enough. I felt like it was false advertisement. I probably would never stay there again.

Terrible place. Never even got booked in and was charged a fee due their negligence. I will never recommend hotels.com or this hotel. Worst customer experience of my life. They are thieves. They will never get any of my business again and I will do all I can to tell ppl about hotels.com and how they will not help you in anyway if there are issues.

How close it was to the casino very spacious

The fact that it had bed bugs and the little sofa couch was not clean at all they should have put a cover or something on it to make it look more better other than that it was for the price it was I guess it was all right

They tried to charge twice for room. No coffee in room no ice or vending machines.

Sheets seems dirty with hairs still on them. Woke up second morning with bugs bites all over me. Didn't stay third night.

The hotel is almost unfit for habitability. Of note, I spent my entire night sleeping in my car and in the lobby because my room key did not work. Apparently the lock on the door was defective. Despite it all I maintained my composure and vowed to never stay there again. There was 1 worker at front desk that lived in the hotel and works “around” the clock.

Well the room was suppose to be a non smoking room but the room smelled like very old cigarette smoke and I don’t smoke it was very uncomfortable with allergies ,the smoke detector was taken from the ceiling and it was under the side table and carpet needed a really great cleaning I was surprised by this is was good when I stayed there before I don’t know what happened
