"Don't expect much and you'll be fine"

Not much, other than location and moderate price for the area. I will say it had the most overhead lights in the room itself I've seen in a hotel room. Also had a nice window seat with cushion. The staff were nice.

I think at 1 point it was probably a decent mid level hotel but it is clearly in a state of disrepair. Foyer overhead light appears broken..given there is instead a fixture hardwired to an extension cord that runs through the office window. WiFi was v unreliable. 1 emergency exit was padlocked closed. TV precariously perched atop an armoire with a tilted top surface.
