I've never had such a bad experience

Room was dirty. Outlet burned in bathroom so didn't work. Beds were full not queen. Bed on left had a broken bar in the middle so sagged. Food and trash under the beds. Non-smoking room but ppl were smoking in other non smoking rooms so hall and room stunk. Really bad breakfast, we couldn't eat it and I'm not a picky eater. Staff was rude and acted like it was my fault my room was dirty. Didn't do anything manager wouldn't even come talk to me. Absolutely appalling service.

The room kinda and cost.

Accommodations for Disabled and Elderly regarding Breakfast, was treated differently than other guess Not disabled or Elderly, the whole stay. We have stayed before but other workers before, were very kind and made the stay Pleasant. Oh and ALL the lights Went Out only in that Hotel. My Disabled family member WAS AFEARED. It was Scary. Didn't feel safe. There was a Man lurking around building and was Always sitting in Breakfast area, another reason why we don't eat in Public. People walking in Breakfast area with No shoes just socks and they took their breakfast to their room and We were the Only ones singled out for having our Breakfast in our Private room. And, Someone went into our room when we were out, without Permission While Do Not Disturb hanger was on the door. Several times Someone tried to enter our room While we were in the room.
