The breakfast was very limited. You had a choice of waffles, cereal, or toast.

HORRIBLE! I did not like anything

HORRIBLE! Honestly I would like my money back … floor was dirty, fridge was dirty, floor in bathroom was also dirty, hair in tub. Asked housekeeping for extra towels told me give her a min and never returned, even though she could have just handed me some off her cart! Also called down for some and said they will send them up, never did. Let’s talk about breakfast? Nothing other than waffles ! That’s it ! Oh and coffee.. end up going out for breakfast instead

I like that it had a pool, convenient vending machines, convenient location and parking

The room seemed to be infested with ants. It was mold like substance in the bathroom the faucets to the sink, and the tub along were very dirty. The caulk lining of the tub was worn and seemed to have more like something as well. Staff had very unapproachable attitudes.

The Room was nice

Normally, I don’t write reviews, but in this case I feel I need to share my experience. The morning receptionist was very unfriendly and didn’t even greet guests properly. It made me feel more like an inconvenience than a welcome guest. The room itself was okay, but there was a strange smell on the floor throughout my stay. The juice machine was always broken, and having only one waffle iron for the entire hotel was clearly insufficient. I was on a business trip and had very limited time in the mornings. Because of the breakfast setup and delays, I often didn’t get a proper chance to eat before leaving. I also requested an invoice for my stay, but it was never provided. After following up through Booking, I was simply ignored and have not received any response. I strongly encourage management to take a closer look at what is happening here and improve the overall guest experience.
