I like how the Rooms was next door to Eachother, everything was convenient they provided whatever I requested and the Facility was Clean

It was Water problems by the elevator and one Elevator was out of order as well.

"You get what you pay for"

Location to the trains and Chicago proper. It was affordable. The town was quiet. City cops were often present, giving the feeling of safety. The other guests, although quite loud at night, were kind. The staff were very friendly. The manager was helpful.

You get what you pay for. The breakfast was eh. The pool was cold, and the towels were always out. The hallway floors were always dirty. There was also a HUGE issue in the parking lot. We got towed in the middle of the night due to poor communication and signage. We got things figured out, and the manager was helpful, but it took us 4hrs to locate and get our car back. The parking lot issue was due to the hotel and city communication, but we got the short stick. And of course, it was on the day of our checkout.
