"WE NEVER STAY AGAIN"

Everything: something in each of my 2 rooms were broken Phone didn’t work My son got locked in the bathroom due to stuck door No remote to a tv Lock was broken in one room The whole place need to be shut down and start again Shades didn’t let up and was old And the first room the host tried to get door was broken so they had to give us another room

Room had horrible smell like somebody live there in a stench was left in the room toilet dirty my granddaughter got hurt at the pool because other people Kids was running around the pool knocking little kids over to the front desk. She just looked at me and didn’t say a word she didn’t even care.
