Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

"Satisfatória com um pequeno imprevisto."

Localização e estacionamento. Cama confortável e banheiro com água quente.

A unidade compressora do ar-condicionado apresentava um nível de ruído acima do esperado e acabava me despertando sempre que acionava, pois estava localizada ao lado da janela do quarto. Acredito que se trate apenas de uma questão de manutenção. A fechadura eletrônica também apresentou problemas durante a estadia. Em várias ocasiões foi necessário tentar três ou mais vezes para conseguir abrir a porta e, no penúltimo dia, ela simplesmente deixou de trancar. Por esse motivo, tivemos que deixar nossos pertences de maior valor em outro quarto para podermos sair à noite com mais tranquilidade. Na manhã seguinte, deixamos nossos itens na portaria enquanto tomávamos café, até que um funcionário pudesse resolver o problema da fechadura. Além disso, a piscina estava interditada para reformas durante o período da hospedagem e sem previsão de retorno.

Chuveiro não tem a opção de água quente e a descarga estava com problema, tivemos que dar descarga com balde.
