Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 7 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.

Gostei, pois atendeu minha necessidade, fui a trabalho com meu esposo, minha filha de 1 ano e a babá, o local atendeu a necessidade, lugar limpo, organizado e bem localizado.

Não tenho nada específico, porém tem que mandar consertar o filtro de água, pois assim que ligamos para sair a água depois que fechamos ele fica vazando água, caiu em cima da pia e pode chegar perto do fogão

"Voltaria em estadias mais curtas"

Itens de cozinhas necessários para os 5 dias que passamos. Microondas funciona bem também. A localização da região é ótima, com farmácias no térreo e supermercados há poucas quadras. A vista é bem bonita e o apartamento é aconchegante. Sofá e cama confortáveis. O hotel disponibiliza limpeza todos os dias. Há arcondicionado na sala e no quarto.

A acomodação está um pouco diferente das fotos. Não há mais o balcão da cozinha e o box só tinha 1 porta, molhando boa parte do banheiro durante os banhos. Acredito que a equipe tentou contornar colocando uma toalha extra no chão, mais ainda assim sujava bastante. Os armários também estavam sujos por dentro.
