Location great, comfortable and great breakfast.

Room location was a very long walk.

Location was perfect everything you need within 5-10mins

Room was opposite some outdoor lighting which was shining through the window all night

Nice big hotel, but I feel it should be highlighted better, regarding they taking a £50 deposit and then have to wait days for it to hopefully come back into my account, not all hiltons that I've stayed at take a deposit. Decent night sleep, mattresses are very comfortable, heating wasn't great. The issues were once I stripped the beds, mattresses has huge stains, awful to look at, even the mattress protector was stained, the duvet were discoloured and stained along with some of the pillows, the desk wood was stained and peeling. If you can't get the stains out, then these items should be replaced. Hot chocolate sachets should be included, for people that don't drink tea or coffee. Limescale around the shower holder, but the shower pressure was great. For a Hilton hotel, and what you pay, there should be these kinda issues. Parking should also be included in the price, or a lot cheaper.

Very convenient with regard to where we were going. Clean friendly lovely restaurant food and breakfast

Nothing to dislike

Hotel Hilton charged me higher than they should have and currently have made no movements to repeal the charges, almost a week ahead now since last stayed.

Everything as expected in this standard of a hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast
