Room in the property was run down - unsure how this passes as a 4*

Room was basic - asked for a birthday package which was never set up, left the room to come back 5 hours later to a stale slab of cake. Restaurant food was mediocre beers are apparently £12 after my card was charged upon check out. Menu doesn’t state this price

L'hotel è in fase di ristrutturazione. Il bagno della prima camera non funzionava, ma il personale è stato molto disponibile e ci ha offerto una camera migliore senza alcun costo aggiuntivo.

Travelled on business and expected a good night's sleep... party at the hotel with no soundproofing, meant I couldn't sleep. Not what I expected paying for a Hilton. Hotel generally a little tired too
