I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and booked two rooms. > The staff were excellent, especially Saim on reception — very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. > > Unfortunately, the rooms were not comfortable at all. The hotel was very noisy, possibly because there is a bar downstairs, which made it difficult for us to rest properly. > > The restaurant staff were also very good — quick, friendly, and helpful. > However, the food quality was disappointing, and the prices were quite expensive for what was offered. > > Overall, the service from the staff was great, but the rooms and food need major improvement.

Bedroom desperately needs refurbishment

The staff on the whole were friendly and helpful. The room we were in needed upgrading. The bedside lampstand was extremely dusty

Breakfast was let down by the poor sausages including the veggie option. Bake beans like warm Dinning room menu expensive for what you are getting. 2nd night both meals were dry and not enjoyable. Drinks expensive

Location is great, staff friendly lots of car parking

Very dated rooms ( I know there are current renovations going on )

Poor Gluten free options for breakfast for a coeliac child. Staff seemed to struggle with the concept of gluten free and what it meant. Awful bread provided. My child ended up having yogurt and bacon for breakfast.

Attention to food needs of a gluten free / coeliac

Spacious , easy parking, very friendly staff. Rooms ideal beds very comfy !
