Fairfield Inn and Suites San Bernardino

Had an absolute wonderful stay at this Fairfield location, booked it for Beyond Wonderland it’s really convenient, surrounded by various restaurants and a Sam’s and Costco down the street. Parking was easy to find. Definitely will be rebooking in the future for other events.

Absolutely awful from service from April at the front desk when I tried to check in. Called the day before and made a reservation, and when I drove over 2 hours to get there, I find out I didn’t have one! Apparently the person I spoke to was in training and didn’t do her job right. No apology or anything. Just a blank face with rude and condescending tone. Also when we left and turned the corner she automatically started gossiping about my husband and I. What kind of professional does that? The company should be ashamed of her, that’s how she takes care of members? With the experience we had we should absolutely get a refund.

That it was only enough towels for one shower I took one when I got there but couldn’t take on in am cause no towels to use

Clean and staff very friendly..

I'd like a little more affordable especially on a Monday Tuesday..

The hotel is Extremely clean every time I stay here. Breakfast is really good. Hot meals. It is quiet and peaceful. The staff at the front desk and housekeepers are always happy , pleasant and helpful. The beds slept really nice. I love this place because it has an indoor pool. Did not try but it was very clean.

Had to leave and go home. I am looking forward to returning soon for the peace and relaxation

Rooms are too small for a king size bed, no chairs to sit on
