Front desk was friendly enough although very odd and slightly sketchy

The location was terrible and slightly unsafe. The online add was misleading. The room wasn't clean including bedding, beds were hard as rock and seemed to be 30 year old matress (could feel springs poking you all night) pillows were paper thin, the only working outlet was in the bathroom, pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, smoke detector in a surrounding room kept beeping all night. Over all this was one of the worst places on the island. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! You're better off driving farther and staying anywhere else

La limpiaza del cuarto, el trato del empleado de recepcion y de mantenimiento y que son pet friendly.

Que no fue lo que esperaba. Lo que se vio en las fotos de promocion no era lo mismo cuando llegamos al lugar. Entiendo que deben darle prioridad a la estructura física del lugar, asi como tambien el area de la piscina y areas verdes.

Location was great

Toilet did not flush correctly, the sink faucet did not work not water. Roaches got in my bag had to throw it out. Would not recommend staying. Poor maintenance.

Ubicacion personal poco pero amables

Poco mantenimiento la habitación con mal olor

la habitacion son comodas, pero le hace mucha falta un arreglo porque la imagen es la venta del producto, mucho moho en la ducha, tuberia tapada y habia que esperar a que baje el agua, no limpiaron la habitacion durante la estadia. La psicina y sus alrededores estaba limpia y todo bien organizado

la tuberia de desague de la ducha y lavamano tapadas, el precio no va en acorde con la habitacion.
