Solace by the Sea

Como era solo un día pues, para resolver si no les importa el que este sucio y apestoso.

Mi experiencia no fue satisfactoria. La propiedad necesita múltiples mejoras y mantenimiento urgente. Las camas estaban manchadas y el piso muy sucio, incluso con rastros de sangre seca. Algunas habitaciones tenían un fuerte olor a cigarrillo. Las lámparas presentaban fallas, encendiéndose y apagándose constantemente. Al llegar, había una gran cantidad de mosquitos. Además, la cafetera estaba incompleta, ya que no tenía el envase ni vasos disponibles. Los cristales se encontraban sucios y, en una habitación doble, solo se proporcionó una toalla. En recepción en el turno de la noche el que estaba en recepción que al parecer era guardia de seguridad resolviendo otro turno no fue nada amable. En general, las condiciones del lugar dejan mucho que desear y no cumplen con expectativas básicas de limpieza y comodidad.

Not bad the hotel need work and need more staff.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and went I got there they told me that the booking platform give me just one queen bed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and instead they put me in two full beds that they couldn’t do nothing about it because the hotel was full. The ice machine wasn’t working.

The only thing its that the staff was doing the best they could with what they had. They try their best to keep clean and they were nice.

The room was out off date, the electrical plugs with corrosion and the dispensers were very old without any color. The lamps were corrosive and the cover deteriorated and falling out. The humidity was all over the small very bad. Bathroom very small and without any hot water. The bathtub was fill with a lot of calking to fill the hole. The bathroom door was all bent and every time that you closed make loud noise. The closet hangers with corrosion and no doors. A lot of dust in vents. The fire detectors without batteries. The room wasn’t to any standard of the any hotel industry its a shame. As we arrived the person ho check us in was the security guard and give us a paper for us to sign say that ones we get in to the room the we can ask for any refund, so they new that the room are not to the standard. The two pillows had blood stains. This hotel needs to be close.
