"Rude Staff"

STAFF were extremely rude, always spoke in Spanish and you could tell they were laughing about you to their colleagues. When checking in she was so rude. If you are going to work at a counter reception at least speak English and donโ€™t pretend not to. Location to outlets was convenient only reason we stayed.

The stuff has an attitude specially the front desk manager โ€œDaniellaโ€ and the assistant manager โ€œ Davionโ€ ,Danielle is snobbish, rude and unprofessional , she even was rude to my little 20 months old girl .she even changed the rate 159 $ of my extended night after i had the sales manager agree on the same rate that i had 131 $ .

The hotel seems brand new, it's very clean and inviting. I have had nothing but pleaseant and helpful experiences with the staff, they are attentive and friendly. The quality of the room and service is fantastic at this price point. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied and would like to stay here in the future.
