We didn't eat breakfast

Our door wasn't work and never been fixed we had to ask open it every single time we were out, and we don't have towels or shower tinny stuffs, one of the quilt was stained

Nothing.

Was not given the room originally booked. Room stunk like an old closet and was dirty. Towels did not look or feel clean. Hallway and back entrance of hotel wreaked of marijuana. Absolutely will NOT ever book again!! Horrible!!

The staff were exceptional!! And he friendly " no strangers" attitude was incredible! The pool and jacuzzi were excellent!!! Excellent breakfast!

The ac was not very cool, Black mold in the corner of my room
